Product Description

FTTH Hybrid All Dielectric ADSS Fiber Optic Cable

All-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) cable is a type of optical fiber cable that is strong enough to support itself between structures without using conductive metal elements. It is an alternative to OPGW and OPAC with lower installation cost, designed for overhead transmission lines sharing support structures with electrical conductors.

High tensile strength meet requirements of self-supporting.
Good mechanical and temperature performance.
High strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant.
Filling compound in the loose tube ensures critical protection.
Excellent crush resistance and flexibility.
PSP enhancing moisture-proof properties.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is ADSS fiber optic cable?
All-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) cable is a type of optical fiber cable strong enough to support itself between structures without conductive metal elements, often installed along overhead transmission lines.
Can ADSS cable be installed while the power is on?
Yes, one of the major features of ADSS cable is that it can be installed without shutting off the power supply.
What is the typical design life of this cable?
The design life span for the ADSS fiber optic cable is over 30 years under standard operating conditions.
What brands of fiber do you use?
We use premium fiber brands including YOFC, Corning, Fiber Home, J-fiber, and POFC.
How is the quality of your fiber optic products controlled?
Quality is controlled through a Source Guarantee (ROHS certified materials), comprehensive Quality Tests (physical and optical), and strict adherence to IEC and ITU standards.
What is the maximum span length for installation?
The cables are designed for large span lengths, with the largest span capability exceeding 200 meters.
